What you know ’bout matcha?

If you’ve never sipped on this green bevy, you may be interested to know that:

● 1 cup of matcha tea has as many antioxidants as 10 cups of brewed green tea
● It is rich in fiber, chlorophyll and vitamins
● lowers cholesterol and blood sugar

My drink is the one on the right – americano, black. But maybe it’s time I go matcha, green.
